From Our Farm to Your Fork
As a chef I want to use the freshest ingredients possible when I cook. Whether it’s a for a small cocktail party or an elaborate wedding I want only the best. Equally as important is sustainability and my environmental impact. It is no longer an option to blissfully ignore the impact that large scale farming and meat production has on human health and the environment.
In order to provide you with the best that nature has to offer we purchased our own farm and grow all of the produce we need for your event. We practice sustainable farming methods using no chemical fertilizers and no GMOs. What we don’t produce ourselves is sourced from farmers and meat producers who adhere to the same high standards that we do.
What does that mean for you? You get farm fresh ingredients harvested at the peak of ripeness; grown just for you.
No other caterer has the ability to bring you food directly from the farm to your plate.
